I should be credited the whole amount of $184 per the below list. I highly suggest you come to my home and do a walk thru and see for yourself the 40+ pictures i sent you I am sure you would agree I should not have to pay anything. So the $30 refund you suggest is an insult. A credit for the extra charge $40 you added and $30 to clean window/sills/frame also $20 for Fridge exterior/interior cleaned. Exterior not cleaned including top of fridge and half of inside fridge not cleaned. (is the freezer considered as part of fridge?) Burners were not cleaned sufficiently Exteriors of oven and dishwasher not cleaned Vent on microwave not cleaned and interior poorly cleaned Kitchen cabinet fronts not cleaned Baseboards not cleaned Electrical outlet covers not cleaned Vents not cleaned Base of table and chairs not cleaned Bathroom poorly done, base boards not cleaned and the front and back of door was not touched. Dusting furniture poorly or not done. Lampshades not cleaned. I cannot get the shades down (I am investigating to see if they are broke) and can see that the blinds were hardly touch. Certain areas on the floor not cleaned Found cobwebs in one area left one dresser top in bedroom a mess. And that is not all of it.

I booked a deep cleaning with Stephanie and Myriam, their team did a fantastic job especially on our floors, appliances and windows were also nicely cleaned. thank you

I hired Oui Clean last month for a move-out deep cleaning, and they did an excellent job, even my landlord was happy during the final walkthrough. I am now using their team for standard monthly cleaning at our new home. Highly recommend it, and I wish you guys the best.
