Whether the price was good or not, we don't really know. These were the first gas logs we bought. They were less expensive than some of the others.
We had a problem. There was a gas leak so the guy just came yesterday and there was a problem with the connection between the gas line and the logs. But they did stand behind it and they did come fix it. It shouldn't have happened but they did come.
We were happy with the product but we haven't used them that much.
I think they always came within the window, punctuality wise.
