NuHome recently replaced my roof and gutters. The representative I worked with, Nate Dave, explained the process upfront and in detail and kept me informed at all times—I really felt he went above and beyond what one could normally expect, and he made sure the entire process went smoothly. I also appreciated the care that the project manager, Rob Luskey, took to make sure everything was done correctly. This was the first time I had dealt with NuHome—they were professional, prompt, upfront, and I am very happy with the work they did.

NuHome installed Hardie Board siding and stonework on our exterior and it looks like an entirely new house now. We had a great experience with NuHome. Our point person Kelly was very responsive throughout the entire process and the crew doing the installation was speedy and professional. Kelly provided some great recommendations to include some accents that elevated the projects. We would recommend NuHome to anyone wanting to give their existing home an entirely new and updated look.

My experience with NuHome was highly professional from the very beginning, this summer of 2020. The initial contact with the sales rep was respectful and empathetic to my wife and myself, especially in this trying time of COVID-19. No sales pressure was used and the NuHome rep explained everything in detail in a timely manner, as we stood outside with respected distances for the protection of us both with required style face coverings. We had several choices in roofing packages for which we upgraded to the higher quality, wind velocity and durable package. The cost was reasonable. The repair, if need be, and replacement team finished the job in half a day with protective care not to mar any of the exterior surfaces of my home, and clean up was proficient as expected. All of this completed on one of the hottest days of the year. The assigned representative, Nate Dave, that followed through on any and all aspects of the process to completion, was highly professional and respectful of my personal calendar. I will consider NuHome in the future.

I am so pleased to write this review for NuHome. They were responsive, polite, professional and the workmanship was excellent. Casey and his team went above and beyond, working with the HOA, the insurance agent, the tenant and myself to complete the siding repairs. After the storm blew through Northern Virginia, it was a challenge to find a siding company to repair our rental home. However, Casey quickly dispatched an estimator and supplied me with a quote. Because the insurance company was slow to send an adjuster (3+ weeks), Casey sent a crew to temporarily protect the exposed wood with CertainTeed house wrap. The wrap was installed the same day as my request. The siding was replaced as soon as I received the go-ahead from the insurance agent and it looks perfect. Throughout the process, NuHome stayed in close communication with me and sent me before and after pictures of the home (we live 2000 miles away from the rental home.) Thank you, Casey and the NuHome team for making an otherwise arduous process an easy and worry-free experience.

1st time went fine 2nd order - the wrong windows were installed. A grade lower than I ordered. The installers were professional and did good work.

I was extremely pleased with the window replacement that NuHome did for me when I purchased the home. The workmanship of the two gentlemen was exceptional. When I decided to replace the original aluminum sidling on the house I contacted NuHome based on my previous experience and can only give them a top rating for their work. NuHome Exteriors is a class act organization from their sales staff to their installers.

Very bad! They ask you questions that does not relate to your needs

My roof was over 20 years old and started leaking. I needed a high quality roof replacement and I needed it fast. I went with NuHome because their reviews were outstanding; and my experience was nothing short of awesome. The installation crew was very professional and finished faster than I expected, all my phone calls were answered by a real person, and NuHome's project consultant (Casey) kept me well informed during the entire process. Additionally, NuHome's technicians came back to my house a month after installation to answer some questions I had about the gutters and attic insulation; talk about customer service! I'm looking into replacing my front door and storm door next year and I'm definitely going with NuHome!

Their team arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional, put down protective sheeting, completed the work in less time than expected, and cleaned up beautifully. We're very pleased with the result.

It went really well. There is just one issue; I had a five year old fan on the roof and they never gave me advice on actually replacing. So when they installed the roof I had to remove the fan myself and pretty much took a part from their work. The other thing that was serious was we had skylight and they never gave us advice on what brand they will put and there is actually an accessory I want to get for that brand so I ended up not getting it because they did not give us enough time. But other than that, they did a pretty good job. They actually represented themselves professionally. They guy actually took some time and sat down with us and talked with his boss to give us discount. They just did really well. The project officer was very willing to answer questions and entertain questions and he was here three of four times during the work. They did everything they had to do but they never advice me.

Turned out quite well. It was generally good. The project was done on time. The service was good. It wasn't perfect but it is hard to do a perfect job. I can't really complain. I like the materials they had. Reliable, good service, prompt.

Was very satisfied wit services. Installed windows in basement and in one of rooms. Called them back to repair roof. Used services three times. Didn't have any problems with the service provided very satisfied

They did a very good job. They did what they were supposed to do and then they left. I would recommend them.

It was not good. It was not bad. It was just fine.

They had a competitive price. The sales representative explained well, and answered our questions well. I wasn't very thrilled with them overall. I think the windows are still drafty, although they said there would be no draft at all. We are still supposed to call them and complain about it. We did not like the way they installed them, and they left the home a little dirty afterwards. We wanted to call them for something else, but we couldn't reach them, so it feels like once you have paid, you are out of their attention. The price is good. The responsiveness was good at the beginning and not so good afterwards.

NuHome Exteriors did an absolutely wonderful job replacing my roof. It started with a coupon on Angie's List and they honored it for a much bigger job. The agent who came by was professional, knowledgeable, and sincere. There was no pressure at all. I ended up taking the offer since they offered me 0% financing as well. They worked with me on dates and installed the roof in one day. The installers did a super job cleaning up - could hardly tell they were ever here. The manager called 2 days later to ask if everything went well and ask if I had any concerns, of which I had none. They installed 50-year architectural shingles with a lifetime warranty. The roof looks great. It has been 6 months and the roof is still terrific. I recommend this company and would use them again.

Work was completed on time at agreed upon price using agreed upon materials.
