Got a call from my tenant that there were lots of spiders. Called them. They called my tenant and scheduled. They arrived on the day and within 15 minutes of the beginning of the window that they gave and called 30 minutes ahead. Performed services as promised. Took a credit card over the phone - sent me a receipt in the mail. No spiders. No hassles.

He came and looked. He sprayed and as far as I can tell all the ants are gone. He was very nice, thorough, and did the job quickly. He was very professional and on time as well. He put some sort of gel down as part of the treatment down the side of the cabinets, at the edge of a granite countertop, and behind the refrigerator. He put a dry chemical in a wall plug as well which is where the ants were going.

They showed up promptly and got the work done in no time, inspecting for any additional critters and spraying to keep other critters away. I was grateful.
My only frustration is that I couldn't get service on the weekend.

They are a bit expensive. He is always there within 24 hours after we call him. When we were on a quarterly treatment schedule he did not call in advance, but he has been good in all other aspects.

They send the same guy and he knows what he is doing. I would use them again in the future.

Noble Pest has been providing services for two years. It is an excellent company with professional technicials.

I called Noble Pest and had the head of the company in my home the next day. He assessed the situation and set the controls that I wanted. He made very clear that I was to call, as needed, for follow-up service at no additional charge. I called last week for a follow-up service and had a technician at my house within 48 hours.

I am confident in their abilities, they are very professional and competent.

The previous owner had termine contract with them for many years. We decided to schedule for annual exam and contract renewal. The technician came on time. He checked the house and explained me the treatment they did a few years ago. Very good experience.

Technical arrives on time; discusses any particular areas and then does job. Efficient and reliable. Good about rescheduling, if necessary.

The owner was FULL of attitude, non-responsive, and walked off the job when I complained that I wasn't receiving services as per the contract. They were typical for pest control around here - they would show up whenever they wanted and not at a scheduled time and not get to do the indoors because nobody would be home. I would NEVER use this company. I don't know what's wrong w/ pest control in this area but it is one of the worst industries I've had to deal with.

I have been using them for many years. They come out and solve my problems. I have never used anyone else and I do not feel that I am overcharged. I like them because they do what I want them to do. They are punctual and reliable.

His diagnosis of bed bugs was based on seeing two exoskeletons on the bed in one area. I sent one of those off plus some others to an entomologist that came up with a different conclusion (it was carpet beetles, not bed bugs). Noble was ready to treat my house with an incorrect diagnosis.

We have used them for 3 years now. They do a good job. They just show up every 3 months. We can call them if we notice a pest problem in the house and they will come right out.

We made the appointment and the exterminator showed up on time. He went quickly about his business and we had no problem with our pets. He took special care inside and outside, and was very friendly.
