I had contacted two other companies to come out and repair my self propelled mower (the starter cord was stuck) but neither would come to Sterling. Tractors Plus responded to my request and came by within one business day and made my mower as good as new!

I wanted Ken to tune-up my underpowered lawnmower if it would fix the problem. Tiffany in the office was very helpful in finding a mutually agreeable time for the work. Ken came on the designated day and got the mower running like new again. Very pleasant experience since I didn't have to do anything except put the mower in front of the house.

Phenomenal service! Other companies I called wanted 3 weeks to work on our mower and also charge a $90 pickup and delivery fee. Tractors Plus Mobile Service was able to get to us in less than a week, perform the repairs on-site, and the total bill was $115.

I can't say enough positive things about Tractor Plus. Scheduling was easy, payment was easy and I didn't even have to be home. The lawn mower was so clean, and ran so well after Ken tuned it, that I truly felt like I had a brand new mower! Can't say enough about this service - the quality, professionalism, and ease is top notch!

Excellent service

Tractors Plus arrived during the stated time period. The repair tech immediately went to work making the repairs necessary to get the snow blower working. It was clear the tech knew exactly what needed to be done. When the tech completed the repair the snow blower was a fully functional.

Tractor's Plus arrived as advertised to my home and quickly and professional fixed my snow blower. It is a great service that they provide in coming to your home to service or repair equipment that would be difficult to take to a service facility, especially when you don't have access to a truck or SUV. I also thought the price was fair.

I emailed Ken last night that my generator needed fixed before tonight's storm. He came TODAY to fix and service the generator. It works great. Ken always does a super job. I would recommend him to anyone!

Ken arrived right on time and had everything he needed in his well equipped van. He evaluated the condition of the snow blower and removed the carburetor for cleaning. This machine had been in storage for a few years, some of the grease had hardened and caused the drive assembly from working property. Ken fixed it and we are off and running, ready for the deep stuff.

Ken is always prompt and courteous. He does excellent work every time. We have used him for all our farm and mowing equipment for many years. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have used tractor plus several times -- the owner Ken Parsons is well versed in the repair of small engine equipment. This particular time my tractor would not start after I replaced the battery. Contacted ken via the internet -- explained my dilemma,  set up an appointment and to pay the service appointment deposit. Once the appointment is set up -- it is confirmed by email. Ken will show up between 9:00 AM  and 6 PM. You do not have to be home for the appointment --  equipment to be repaired should be made available. If parts are required -- cost will be added to the service. In this particular case it was a short in the wiring and the battery was defective

He fixed the short and I replaced the battery -- also sharpened both blades. Total bill was $89.00. 

Mobile repair is a great concept -- it sure beats taking yard equipment to a repair facility and waiting several days for the repair and then going back to pick it up..  

My Mtd tractor was from the 70s. I have kept it in good running condition because I keep up on the maintenance. A few times I had this service provider out to service it. My service person who did the work was a great worker. They talked me into a new more expensive battery. The work that they did included installing a $79 battery, the work had a warranty for 3 months. A few days after the 3 months were up my mower wouldn't start, I charged the battery and it won't hold the charge. This is when I contacted them. For them to even come out and look at the defective battery there was an $89 service fee. They were unreasonable with my request for assistance. I understand the legal ramifications of the contract but I have been a repeat customer and they would not work with me.

Excellent. Very convenient having door step service. I got value for my money. It cost less than me taking the equipment to and from a shop and saved me time. I will use him again.

They sharpened blades and checked the oil, air filters, and belts.

Excellent - fast service - cool setup on their truck - has a lift cable to allow access under the mower.

Ken always does a super job!! We gave used Tractor's Plus for many years.

Ken came to my home and serviced my Hustler Zero Turn mower. Changed the oil, sharpened the blades, changed the spark plug, cleaned up the machine, added grease, checked the tires and more. What a great service; great idea. In previous years I had to pay extra for other service companies to pick up my machine. Then, those other companies would keep my machine for several days/several weeks until it got returned. I highly recommend Tractors Plus.

I was able to schedule and confirm the service appointment online, and prepay for the appointment using PayPal. I also exchanged email correspondence prior to the appointment, and was very satisfied with the quick responses I received. On the date of the appointment, the technican arrived at my house within the prescribed timeframe and completed the maintenance quickly and courteously. I was very satisfied with the services provided, and would happily recommend Tractors Plus, and use them again in the future.

Easiest service ever had ! Timely email communication and on-site service. Will definitely use again !

Excellent - highly recommend. User error - I overfilled the oil and my relatively new Toro was billowing smoke. I had no way to get it to a dealer (no truck) so this was a lifesaver. Kenneth was able to come within a couple of days of me reaching out, and was able to fix it within 20 mins. Not only was it fixed, he adjusted the wheels so when I mowed it that night, it was like pushing air! He was great- responsive, professional, and quick. Highly recommend this service, especially for individuals who cannot transport a lawn mower for repairs.
