Rodolfo is so good to work with, has plenty of experience, and responds
promptly. He made a great suggestion for our  floor trim, which looked
terrible, and we agreed, and he painted it and it looks so much better.
He also had good ideas for color combinations. We were happy to have his expertise.

Rodolfo and his crew were spectacular. They were a pleasure to work with. I'm a single woman, but I felt very comfortable with every member of Rodolfo's crew - they were really nice guys. Rodolfo answered my questions patiently, and I felt his pricing was very fair. The quality of the work was excellent. When they had questions they came to me instead of making assumptions. Everything was finished to my expectations and they were very good about cleaning up. I will definitely hire again.

This is the second time we have used New Look and the quality of their work is outstanding. Our house is older - 1950, so there are a lot of wood moldings and floorboards and quirks throughout. They use quality paint, and work fast. I had used them 2 years ago between tenants, and knew their quality of work was very good, so did not get any other estimates. The first time around, I did, and others were even more expensive. The only small issue this time was that one of the painters had stood on the kitchen counters to reach above the cabinets, and they did not cover the counters or clean it afterwards, so the new tenants came in to find footprints on the counter. When I informed the owner, he was very apologetic, and reduced the price by a small amount. He was very responsive, and therefore I will not hesitate to hire them again. The house looks great, and the new tenants were very pleased.
