We are incredibly pleased with the work New Century Homes did on our new and improved basement. We were quite sure the final product would meet our approval, as we had seen their work in several of our friends? homes. Their staff are VERY professional and a pleasure to work with. We felt very comfortable having any of the guys in our home. They were easy to work with, making sure that the few problems we encountered were dealt with quickly and positively. The work area was cleaned and straightened up before the crew left each day. The basement was finished well before the estimated completion date, almost unheard of! We were impressed that Michael Belle, the senior partner of the company, checked in with us almost daily, and replied almost immediately when we contacted him with questions or concerns. His ideas of utilizing minimal unfinished space to create a more ?user friendly? living space have turned an awkward finished area into a very inviting usable space for our family and guests. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Michael and the crew on this project, and believe it or not, we?re almost sorry that it has come to an end. Michael Belle?s personal interest in his clients is obvious, as he even did some research on a medical referral for our son. Not sure there is a more complete service out there!
