Specifically, Patricia Riberth, or Patricia Riberth - Howard, a realtor of NBI Realty LLC with an email address of [email protected] contacted our realtor with news of a potential buyer of our home. Patricia was representing an illegal immigrant and failed to vet the individual, even as far in as days before closing. The sale of our home fell through a few days before we closed and were set to move across the country. Patricia Riberth of NBI Realty LLC refuses to return our calls regarding the incident and refuses to return emails requesting an explanation. She relizes that she has been caught in unethical behavior. I believe Patricia Riberth should lose her realtor license and NBI Realty LLC should be faced with consequences of this transaction failing.
