Carpet Installation
The price was the best in the area for the particular carpet I chose. Removal of the old carpet, pad and debris from the worksite was included in the price per square yard of the installed new carpet. The installation was done promptly on the date originally scheduled. The installation crew arrived on time, with tools and materials at hand. The 3 men were polite, cooperative and worked steadily until finished. When I later detected a doorway where the carpet needed to be tacked down differently where it met the ceramic tile flooring, I called Mr Lee. He promptly sent the same crew back to re-tack the carpet edge to my satisfaction at no additional charge.

Mr. Lee was very well-informed, offered helpful suggestions, ensured the work was performed as promised and in a timely manner, and double-checked quality of installation. Installation subcontractors were prompt, professional, and did outstanding work.
