We met with him twice in his office, and he made some calls on our behalf to mortgage companies, studied the paperwork we brought him, and really listened to our concerns. He is top notch!
Description of Work: Jeff advised us on various mortgage options and he was thorough and knowledgable. We did not end up using one of his products because we did not take any action on our mortgage. However, he was professional, competent, nice as can be, and always ready to help, even though we were not paying him! Now that's a mark of someone who really cares about the customer! Highly recommend working with Jeff!

Description of Work: We used the services of SunTrust Mortgage in March. We purchased a house and they financed for the same.

Description of Work: I have used Carolyn and her office for mortgage services for the last 10 years and have been very pleased with the quality, punctuality, and the cost. Compared to other lenders their process is much smoother, the whole application to settlement process goes like clockwork. More so Suntrust is one of the largest loan servicing banks so the loan stays within the house.
