Mister Squeegee is a exterior maintenance company, we will clean any and everything. Windows we do inside also and light fixtures and ceiling fans. I have 2 full time employees and 2-4 seasonal employees depending on how busy we get. Me the owner, I am at every single job usually pulling a squeegee or power washing something. There is no trade license for maintenance but we do have a fairfax county business license. All estimates are free, no hidden fees, the price is what we agree on. If there are changes to job that affect job price, any and all changes to job and price will be discussed and agreed upon before any changes are made. All work is guaranteed, you pay when you are satisfied with the work and final result. All angies list members get 15% discount with no other discounts that can apply. "Groupon pays no one until work is done. Just because you paid for voucher the money doesn't go to contractors right away. In the voucher it says all scheduling up to me. At your property you paid $169 for a professional cleaning of your siding. Typically your housewash will be $400. You got an amazing deal. I got $120 and your attitude. I lost big. You won big. Call us when you have no voucher because to break even we have to schedule those jobs when we have a normal paying job in same location. Your home was 20 miles away and northern Virginia that's an hours drive easy and we didn't have any regular customers in your area until we finally got to you. I would of loved to have gotten to you sooner. My apologies."
"We don't do the winter season. I cant setup machine and winterize all again for $50. Once I see refunded you don't contacted. We never did the work for that reason. Voucher program is different there is a method to a very cheap way of cleaning. You want something for almost nothing you have to take slow scheduling process. But sorry we couldn't connect and wash your house for $50 dollars."
"She was 2nd customer of the day and first customer added work, I should of called her sooner to notify delayed time of arrival. But we were both kind of delayed.....we did her job way after the expiration date of voucher. If she would have us again, we would gladly clean her agains."
