Everything was perfect..the best thing about having Mike in my home was that I could trust him completely. I would run my errands and come back or go to to work - he was so trust worthy.

Mike seems to stay fairly busy but he came about a week after we spoke and then made a thorough estimate of what the work was going to cost. He came back a couple of times to complete areas that could not be done at the first visit. He thoroughly cleaned all areas where he did work. He kept us informed about what he was doing. Absolutely trustworthy and diligent. He is our first choice for any handyman work around our house.

We were referred to Mike Judkins by one of his colleagues, Ken's Electric. Mr. Judkins came by on Wednesday to give us an estimate for drywall repair and painting. The price was reasonable so we offered him the job. He came back the next day to repair the dry wall and paint one of the bedrooms and the master bath. He also installed a new closet door and the bath fixtures for us.
Mr. Judkins understands the importance of being punctual for his customers. He said he would come by at 8:30, but his truck was already in front of our house at 8:20 am. We were very impressed because not many contractors would show up on time, much less early. He helped me choose the right color. He also bought an expensive type of paint which wouldn't carry strong fume - I have acute asthma. It took him two days to complete the work. All the walls and doors were smooth and beautiful. There's no drips of paint anywhere on the floor or the carpet, in the bath tub or its ceramic wall. He made our master bathroom look like new without having to go through a costly renovation. It was an impeccable, professionally done job.
We already have more projects lined up for him. We trust Mr. Judkins, and most importantly, he has helped me overcome the fear of paint job. Thank you, Mr. Judkins.

We have used Mike Judkins many times over the last 15 years, including painting the complete interior of our home about ten years ago.
