My husband and I discussed several options for freshening up the exterior of our house. We finallly settled on painting by a professional, so I consulted Angie's List to find a company that understands the special requirements of painting aluminum siding. I chose Metro Paint Once. Joe thoroughly measured and examined the house, than sat down with us to discuss options and price. He worked with us to come up with the combination of services and price point that we felt good about. The crew from Metro Paint Once was efficient and professional. They executed the multi-step process with great care and attention to detail. They did not let the need for small repairs take them off task - they just performed the repairs! The price he quoted was the price we paid - not a penny more. The finished product is amazing. I can't believe it's the same house! We are TOTALLY satisfied and highly recommend Metro Paint Once!

It is a local company. His people are professional and high quality. They stuck to their price even though there were some additional complications. The stayed with the original quote.

They don?t use paint, instead use polymer house sealer and they provide two life time warranties, one for the first owner and one for the second owner. They basically guarantee that if you pay them once you never have to get it done again and if something goes wrong they will come back and repair it. Their prices were competitive. I was very pleased with their work. They have nation wide franchisees? which was another thing that I found very interesting about them. The person that initially came out was a very nice gentleman other than the fact that he was very talkative about the product even after once sold. The crew was here on time and cleaned up well.
