They do not charge any banking fee. We started using them because my in-laws used them and have stayed with them since then. I can walk into the bank and speak to someone and get my problems resolved or questions answered immediately. They are customer service is excellent. There are some fees on some transactions but they are very competitive with other banks. We felt a very good relationship. I like the people there. They are pretty steady and they don't move around. I don't have to learn new names and all that.
