We ordered a special order mattress to fit an antique bed. They indicated a delivery of 3-4 weeks. After 3 weeks we contacted them and the salesman said it was on the way, probably next week. A week later we stopped by and were told it should be in anytime. We continued to call and go back to the store to hear the same answer for another month. We got the name of the Area Director and called him 12 times and left messages over the course of a week and a half and never got a return call from him or anyone else. After over 2 months we contacted the Customer service rep and he said he would call us back, which he never did. We finally got to a special orders representative at the corporate office and he indicated the mattress was just ordered by them (2 months after they told us it was ordered) and it would be another 4-6 weeks. Do not deal with this store, they lie and tell you anything to get their commission.

Description of Work: Mattress for mother in law was defective. They initially refused to replace it because of a dime sized stain that my wife easily removed. They were not easy to deal with but finally replaced the mattress when we stated we would take them to small claims court. They charged for the delivery and refused to offer the warranty on the replacement mattress. All in all a poor place to do business with. Look at their ads, scores of outlets, much too large to do a good job in any respect.

The Tempur-Pedic mattresses are never on sale due to fair market pricing, but I felt this was still a great deal and was satisfied with my experience.
Description of Work: I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from this company. They were running a special that included two free pillows, s free mattress cover, free delivery, and they set the bed up and took the old one away for me.
