It was a great experience, Melvin Rivera, the company owner, and his team did an outstanding job. Initially, Melvin provided an estimate and a contract laying out all of the details of the project, including a starting and completion date. Melvin made sure that the tile we picked out at Mosaic Tile was in stock and that the tile that was ordered matched the samples we saw at Mosaic tile. On the first day, Melvin and his team moved all of the furniture to the garage, carefully wrapping all the glass and taking special care that nothing was damaged. What couldn't be moved was carefully covered. They removed the old flooring (wall to wall carpeting and tiles). They did a cleaning of the concrete, and then did a layout of how the tile was to look for our approval. Then the tile was secured and grouted. Melvin's team was professional and courteous throughout the process, and the job was completed start to finish in four days, ahead of schedule. Melvin and his team restored the furniture moved after the tile installation was complete. The floor looks fantastic and it looks like a natural wood floor but it has the durability of tile which was required for our lifestyle.
