Jhoan, took a look at the shower leak and suggested I contact Kohler to obtain the necessary parts, which often is provided free of charge. He said he will fix the leak once the replacement pats are received. He also noted the kitchen sink faucet replacement should be purchased at Home Depot or Lowes and he will gladly replace it with one of my choosing. When the shower parts arrived free of charge from Kohler and the kitchen sink faucet had been purchased, I gave Jhoan a call. He came over promptly, fixed the shower leak, and installed the kitchen faucet very quickly and efficiently. He also surprised me with the cost of this repair and installation, which I believe was very minimal. I was very impressed with his very straight forward and friendly manner, but mostly with his overall self effacing manner and honesty, which is extremely rare nowadays in his profession. He really knows his stuff and I will highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services. He is rare find.

My hot water was turning cold after 5 minutes and an online search hinted that it may be a bad lower heating element. I found Lorenzos Plumbing by reading Angie's List reviews and gave them a call and provided them the model number of the water heater.  He did not carry this model but went to the store to pick it up and recommended I change both the upper and lower at the same time to save me a cost of another trip later. He met me that afternoon and since the tank was so filled with sediment it wasn't draining so we decided he could go and come back the next day after it was all drained to save time/money. When he pulled the elements out they were totally encrusted with calcium. Also my dad had turned up the temperature and he put it back to where it was explaining it puts undue pressure on the system when you do this. He also explained other problems that could cause hot water to stop heating. He also suggested changing out the cartridge in the shower handle since they can go bad too. He seemed very knowledgeable like he knew his stuff and was very honest as well. His price was a little lower than the other companies I called. I will definitely use him again.

Jhoan came out the same day with no upcharge and replaced a section of copper pipe that had a pinhole leak.  He checked the remainder of the pipe unasked to make sure that the issue was isolated.  He was friendly, prompt, courteous, and his pricing was very reasonable.  I will use him again.

From our first contact to get an estimate, Jhoan was a consummate professional and bent over backwards to make things work for us within a tight timeframe and budget.  He provided a very reasonable estimate in a short period of time, and from initial contact to work completion was approximately 4 days - with two of those being the weekend!   He was very methodical and neat in his work, clearly explained everything that was being done, and was very flexible in terms of scheduling the job.  All of the work was done to spec, well within the timeframe alloted, and under budget.  I would definitely work with Lorenzo's Plumbing (and specifically, Jhoan) again, and will be calling them for all of our plumbing needs at our new house.

It went great.  The owner, Johan, arrived on time and he had everything he needed to do the job.  He and his colleague took less than an hour for the job.  Our house - both inside and outside - was cleaner after they left than it was before they arrived.  His prices are always reasonable.

I thought I had a really big toilet issue, so I finally called a plumber. Johan came out the next day and discovered it was only a minor issue. He didn't want to charge me, but I gave him $30 for his trouble. He was very personable, prompt and professional. I will keep his information handy for any future issues.

I knew I had a small leak under my kitchen sink, but after several days of trying to find it without success I gave up and called Lorenzo's. Johan, the owner (the business is named after Lorenzo, his six-year-old son who he hopes will follow him into the business one day), gave me a one hour arrival window the next morning, and he was well within that window. (He would have come out the same day I called but no one was going to be home.) He quickly diagnosed the problem - so quickly that I was disappointed with myself for not finding it - and immediately went to work fixing the offending faucet. After several tries, he determined that the faucet could not be repaired, and since it was over 10 years old I knew my wife would be very happy to have a new one. After a quick trip to the local store to buy the faucet, Johan quickly installed the new faucet for me. Leak fixed, new faucet (and, a VERY happy spouse when she gets home to find it all done). He completely cleaned up his work area, leaving it looking better than it did when he arrived. All that for only $150 (labor only - I paid for the faucet myself).
Johan is very personable, and enjoys explaining what he is doing. His responsiveness is outstanding, and his prices are extremely reasonable. I have only used him for service calls so far, but I know he also does plumbing for residential remodeling and commercial buildings.

Mr. Sejas came on very short notice and was a pleasure to deal with. He clearly is a master plumber and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. His attention to detail and quality control was impressive. He explained the work to me and was patient. I was thankful not to have to go any longer without hot water during a very cold winter. Mr. Sejas has an excellent work ethic and focus on client service. I plan to rely on him in the future.

I have had a large handful of plumbing problems at my house, and Johan as always been great to work with. Certainly his best qualities are that he's courteous and conscientious. He keeps his workspace in order and cleans up thoroughly before he leaves. He's reasonably- priced. No smoke and mirrors, just honest, hard-working service.

The hot water heater began to leak. Jhoan (owner of Lorenzo's) was here first thing in the morning to measure everything, assess electrical supply etc. He quickly located a new heater and gave us an estimate. Within a few hours he had expertly installed the heater and cleaned everything up. Jhoan and his assistant cheerfully moved a very heavy bookshelf and large freezer before and after theinstallation.

Jhoan came over promptly after making an appointment and diagnosed the problem. He gave me an estimate and I was shocked becasue it was about 100.00 cheaper than two other estimates that I had gotten previously. Of course he had no way of knowing this, so I was wating for the other shoe to drop, but Jhoan assessed the problem methodically and called the solution accurately. The repair was done in a reasonable amount of time. After he was finished Jhoan made a point to show me what he had done in the ceiling and gave me personal contact information if I encountered any issues after he left. I was impressed with his professionalism and plan on using him again.

We had work done before by Jhoan (owner of Lorenzo's plumbing) when he did the plumbing for a new kitchen. We opted to have him again because of his professionalism and skills.
The entire job was done expertly and efficiently. Jhoan and assistant were punctual and took care to protect everything in our home while they worked. They were excellent.
