We first met with Michael in January 2013 to discuss a timeline for selling our South Riding house during the Spring. He came to the meeting 'loaded for bear', providing us with a detailed evaluation of the market, recommendations for making our home more marketable, and providing us with an estimated listing price. We were definitely impressed.
We met with him again in mid-March, reviewed an updated set of market data, and agreed to list with him the following Thursday. We accepted a full-price offer for our house the following Sunday and closed at the end of April.
If there's one word that describes Michael, it is 'meticulous'. From our very first meeting it was obvious that he was going to
make sure that every 'i' was dotted and 't' was crossed. Throughout the selling process he provided us with an ongoing stream of e-mail and phone updates, reminding us (and, at times, re-reminding us) of approaching deadlines. He was also extremely prompt in responding to our e-mails and calls. It didn't take us too long to realize that we could rest easy because Michael definitely had everything well in hand.
Michael has our highest possible recommendation as a Realtor. Period.
