Took my money when the job was finished and then would not not return my calls or assist me when the job failed county inspection. I had used them previously and had a good experience with them, so I hired them again for an EV charger project. When the inspection failed due to a couple issues, I contacted them by email, phone and text for assistance in resolving the issues. They did not return any of my messages Of course I will never use them again. I will also tell the folks who recommended them to me not to use them again and never to recommend them again.

Jim and his team are great.  They are a true family oriented business.  His prices were reasonable and his response time was great. He gives you a free estimate and once you agree to it, the work begins immediately.  Can't say anough good things about Jim and Barb.  No need to go anywhere else for eletrical services.

The work was done efficiently and professionally.  They cleaned up all the debris that fell from the ceiling and disposed of the old fans and lighting.  They arrived at the scheduled time and worked all day for a day and a half.  The work is beautiful and we are very pleased. The owner is Jim Shaffer.  Barb is in charge of scheduling and billing.  He and his fellow co-worker, Brad, were a joy to work with.  They removed their shoes and put on booties each time they went to their trucks to save my carpets and floors from dirt, etc. They made recommendations on changes (for the better) and other electrical itemsto consider in the future.  I would highly recommend them for all levels of electrical work -- large and small.

They came into my house to do light work and they replaced the roof as well.

Communication was very good; work was performed very well.
