This was a smooth purchase. The salesman was helpful in showing us alternatives for our floor and prompt in arriving at our house to measure before the installation. Installers showed up on time and worked efficiently.

Outstanding, transformed the space. Crew cleaned up at the end of each day. The foreman/crew was friendly, answered all our questions, made minor corrections promptly when asked. They did a beautiful job.

The initial call from the company was friendly and the service before the sale was accommodating. We were able to go out to the showroom and look at a sample and everything was great. Our sales rep really put us at ease and steered us toward a specific carpet, promising that it was a great carpet and good deal and their price did beat the other estimates I received. Phone communication was a little off since our sale rep kept calling and leaving messages for me at home during the day even though they had initially contacted me at work and had my work number. So there was some phone chasing around before we made our final decision. Once we made the decision to go with them they were able to do the install within the time frame they had promised. We were expecting a baby so we needed the carpet installed within a 2-3 week window. The install is where things started to disappoint. The crew arrived more than an hour late and finished well after dark. They were in such a hurry to leave they did not do a very thorough job cleaning afterward and I didn't have time to do a proper inspection. The next day while I was cleaning the carpet I noticed baseboards in many rooms were cut and beaten up and the door moldings in a couple of rooms were also beaten up from moving furniture. As I vacuumed the stairs I noticed huge gaps in the carpeting between the step and the riser in several places and made uneven cuts and unmatched finishes a couple of times too. There were 2 guys doing the stairs. One started at the top and the other at the bottom and they each finished the carpet around the bannister differently and didn't bother to look at what the other had done. I also saw that they had damaged one of my dressers while moving it. When I called the sales rep to report it she did not want to accept that the install team had damaged the dresser. I also never got a call back from her to follow up on anything. A week or so later we got a call from the owner to schedule the carpet repair, but he was supposed to call to confirm the appointment for the fixes and never did. Instead someone just showed up the next day to our surprise. Luckily we were there. No mention of the dresser and with the baby on the way we didn't have time to deal with the hassle it was going to be to try and get them to fix it, thus the dresser never got fixed. The carpet is definitely newer than what it replaced and for now looks good. I'm grateful they were able to get it installed with the month. Perhaps all carpet installs are little crappy and this being my first one I had nothing to compare it with. However, it doesn't mean I shouldn't expect better.

They were very knowledgeable, very honest and told me exactly what they could not do and what they could. So, everything went well and the price was also good.

They explained things very well to us. We were looking for one type of carpet because it was going to the basemen, but they recommended a different type and gave the explanation as well. We went with their recommendation and are happy with it.
