LAWN DOCTOR

Usually we aren't here. We set the maintenance, and they come. Not very sure. They usually do it while we are at work. They were very professional. Yes, I believe the area is clean. I trust them.

It did take a few treatments for our weeds to completely die, and it remains to be seen whether we can really every get a lush lawn in shady areas - but lawn doctor really transformed our lawn in just 3 months.  The weeds I'd say are 95%+ gone, our grass looks super green, and we have grass growing again in the bare spots.  Lawn Doctor gave me advance notice whenever they were going to show up and left a report with each treatment.

They are okay.  The weeds are gone.  Grass looks good.

Lawn Doctor always calls the day prior, because of our dog. The person does an efficient job and always closes the backyard gate when completed. He leaves a completed evaluation of his work and the next day, which work will be done.

I had suggested to them that I would like a core aeration in the fall, but I hadn't called and they didn't warn me ahead of time. They just did the aeration, to my surprise. I guess I would like advanced notice in case I changed my mind during the  6 months between contact.

The provider came out fairly quickly (with in a couple days) of my call. The provider treated some of the areas with weeds, but didn't kill all the weeds. Overall, the lawn looks a lot better than it used to; particularly in July. However, it seems the provider has some difficulty properly treating all the weeks.

They are alright.  My understanding is that if you spray your yard for wee, not only does it kill the weed, but it also prevents it from growing back, and apparently, that is not the case.  If you have any weeds growing back, you can call them, and they will come back out and spray, without any additional charge. They are great, as far as their customer service, but I think it is a little premature to say how their service and product and effectiveness on the yard is overall. They charge $40 to treat the yard, and with the machines that they use, they can do it within 5 minutes, because of the size of my yard.  Their responsive is excellent. They are a franchise, and a husband and wife run it, and they are very responsive, and very nice.

We have delighted with the work that they have done so far. They are very prompt, very on time. They did everything they said they were going to do. We also hired them to do seeding of the entire yard and we have a very large multiacre yard and they did that. I thought their prices were reasonable. We are happy with them and we will continue to use them.

They didn't do a good job, so I decided to switch companies. I would not invite them back.

Great response and very professional to deal with - we contracted with Lawn Doctor last year since our lawn was in very poor condition. They've done a fantastic job rejuvenating our very large yard. They're great people and always pleasant to work with every time. Re-signed with them again this year and they've already started with the new applications. We'll continue to do business with these kind folks.We highly recommend them to do lawn treatments and fertilization.

They are very good. Good to deal with. Everybody is very polite. They do things right.

The results are always good. Our lawn isn't perfect but they do a good job and it looks better than it used it.

They certainly knew their stuff. Probably more than any of the other people I got estimates from. They knew exactly what weeds there were and what needed to be done. The only bad thing was their estimate was a lot higher than the others.

So far, it's been good. We've only had 2 treatments done, it seems to kill most of the weeds. There are always some that pop up. If all goes well then we'll probably use them again.

My lawn has improved without question, but the their responsiveness has been adequate at best. I think this is, in part, because the Lawn Doctor people in my northern Virginia area are subcontractors, not full-time Lawn Doctor specialists. I could never get a call ahead when i asked for it and they forgot to do my pre-fall fertilization. I also wanted them to come back and seed an area where the rain had washed away the seed and i they didn't come out and do it (in their defense, it was towards the end of the season; I expect they will do it in the Spring). I'm satisfied enough that I am sticking with them for now, but if I don't feel that they are more responsive in the spring/summer/fall of 2009, I will move on to another lawn company. I'm cautiously optimistic, however, that Lawn Doctor will get the job done in 2009 and, if they do, I will post another evaluation singing their praises. I gave them the benefit of the doubt in rating their prices, but I'm not sure how much better I could have done with another company like Scott's. I would imagine the prices are comparable.

This company has good people for employees they are easy to deal with. If I ever have a problem they come back and redo it at no charge. My yard has improved greatly since I began with their services. I am very pleased and impressed.

They come and do the job. I don't even know they have been there until I see the sign on the front lawn. My husband is very happy with the way the lawn looks. My husband used to do all the lawn work, but now he is so busy at work that we had to contract someone to take care of the lawn for us. They do leave a list of everything they have put on the lawn on the paper on the doorknob.

Lawn Doctor has always provided us with excellent service. They are reliable and dependable and their prices are very reasonable. We've been very satisfied with their work. They do a nice job on our lawn and we would recommend them to others.

Show up when they say they are going to show. A little expensive then another service provider, but the only reason why I went with them was the other service provider was bad with there account system.

They are fair.
