We love the renovations made by Craig Knoll Construction. Our new kitchen/dining room is open, light and much more functional. They took out a wall between the kitchen and dining room, installed new cabinets, added a new large island and pantry and an amazing hood over the new range. In addition they installed beautiful new Marvin French doors that open to our patio and replaced and matched wood flooring. Craig ensured high quality work throughout, electrical, plumbing, painting, cabinetry, and addressed issues identified during construction. He communicated with us throughout the renovations and made wonderful recommendations.

Setting the start date was not confirmed until 10 days before the job started. Craig found a 2-wek gap between jobs and asked if we would be available. Once they started, they were on-time, professional, courteous, and CLEAN. Craig created a new attic access and designed and built custom shelving in the former bathroom closet. While he was not the highest bidder, and definitely not the lowest, you get what you pay for and we got a BEAUTIFUL bathroom. We will use Knoll again (and again).

Strongly recommend Knoll Construction for home renovation projects. Craig Knoll did a complete demolition, design, and renovation of our small basement bathroom. Not only does Craig Knoll have a great eye for design, but Craig and his team worked quickly, efficiently, and neatly and used high-quality products for each component of the renovation. One of the best and more professional contractors available, Knoll Construction represents the way home renovation SHOULD be done!!

Our shower was leaking into the garage. Knoll Construction was able to give us a substantial upgrade (from a small metal frame shower to a large tiled shower with a bench) for only slightly more than the insurance company was funding for a replacement. They were very easy to work with and did an excellent job of explaining all of our options.

This was the third job Craig performed for us. After he helped us remodel our kitchen in 2007, we were so pleased with his work that we had him tackle our bathrooms and then made our deck into a porch that we love. His work is stellar. The kitchen redo was a complete overhaul and not only did he give us a beautiful space that allows cooks and company to spend time there without crowding, he kept the construction area so neat, we could have eaten in it. The new cabinets and drawers he chose for us are beautiful, sturdy and totally useful. There are no wasted spaces in the kitchen. When it came time to redo the bathrooms, we never considered interviewing any other contractors. He made our first floor powder room look modern and a bit larger than it really is. He turned our main bathroom into a sleek space with modern fixtures that are also hospitable to home owners who are getting older. Our new master bathroom is fantastic. The original space was almost enough for one person to use without bumping into a wall. The fixtures were original to our nearly 40 year-old house. He stole a bit of space from the closet and gave us a space with a large double fixture shower, a vanity that has space for two people to store necessities and stand next to each other at the sink. The tile work that Craig has done in the kitchen and bathrooms is something that we proudly show off to visitors. He has a great eye for color and design, but is always willing to listen to suggestions and is honest about what a spur of the moment idea means to the bottom line as well as whether or not it will add to the looks or utility of the space in question. As for the screen porch, his design for the roof line was so good that the HOA architectural committee not only approved it, but asked for his card. We now have a peaceful, bug free space with two ceiling fans and plenty or lighting. We absolutely love it and use it at every opportunity. Craig does first rate work and is always professional, genial and determined to get the job done perfectly. We highly recommend him.

This job went GREAT. It was completed when the contractor said it would be. Everyone was on time (with all the supplies needed for the day), and efficiently worked together as a team. This set a nice tone in the home, and took away the stress that these type of projects can bring. The contractor paid careful attention to details and quality, which shows in the end product. The tile is perfectly even--no up and down bumps. From selecting the tile to the finishing touches, it was as though every part of their work was done with skill and consideration. Even the way they removed the wall tile in sections to cut down on dust was considerate and very professional. When the plumber cleaned my old tub fixtures before putting them back on, it was clear to us that this entire company takes pride in a job well done. That means a lot to us.

By far the best experience with a general construction contractor. Very knowledgeable working with us on design, gave us exactly what we agreed on, and great quality workmanship with no unpleasant surprises. Got it right the first time and we'll be asking him to do work in the future.
