Delivered beautiful kitchen cabinets. Worked with me to refine some details of my architect's design. Large showroom gives you the opportunity to see a number of options. When one of the cabinets showed up incorrect, they reordered one to correct the problem no cost to me. Good group to work with. Definitely recommend.

Elizabeth was so responsive and so professional. She was very prompt in returning my calls and answering my e-mails. She answered every one of my one hundred and one questions quickly and thoroughly. I changed my mind on styles and colors several times and she was totally unruffled. She never tried to sell me anything I did not want or need. Her suggestions were just that, suggestions, no pressure; she left the deciSions to me. And, when price was an issue, they were willing to negotiate without my having to give up anything I wanted. It was my first time working on a kitchen renovation project, and even though this was just the first phase, it was an excellent way to start
i visited the showroom and made style and color choices when I was in the U.S. on vacation, but all of the discussions took place by e-mail and phone because I am living in Yerevan, Armenia. We had to deal with an 8- hour time limit, buT Elizabeth's responsiveness kept it from being a problem.
By the way, your address where worked link does not work properly. It gave the chose of countr option, said "select country" but would not give a drop down screen nor would it allow me to type it in. The same thing happened with the state

It was very positive and they did a good job. It was issue free. There were no problems; it was easy to talk to them about what we wanted. They produced it and the price was what I expected it to be.

Tricia Kennedy is a great person to work with. She is completely knowledgeable on all the cabinet and countertop lines offered by KDG and will go with you to flooring showrooms to help make those selections, as KDG does not offer flooring products. She listens to likes/dislikes/requirements and incorporates them into her design. Very responsive. KDG offers a full range of cabinet lines, but the Crystal and Dutch Made lines are truly high quality and well-built.

The cherry cabinets from Shiloh are outstanding. The design folks at Kleppinger (Bill Kleppinger and Tricia Kennedy) did an excellent job in helping us choose the right product. Shiloh makes a great product. Very high quality at a reasonable price.
The installation was A+. Bill Kleppinger, Korey Kleppinger and Gary did an excellent job. They were meticulous and painstaking and went the extra mile to make sure everything fit.
This is a top notch outfit. Very ethical folks who have a lot of integrity and love their jobs. They are very good at what they do.
We STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR KITCHEN CABINETS. THEY ARE THE BEST.
