We ended up hiring him to install new wood look laminate. Looks Great! Durable for dogs and kids. We really needed a professional consultant on the best type of floors for our lifestyle. These are carefree. The clean well and still look new.

r new oneThe salesman was great. He knew exactly what I wanted. The work was scheduled promptly. Unfortunately the new floor had a matte finish which looked really wrong next to the gloss finish of the adjoining floors. Plus the installation itself had several problems like molding over a heating vent, chipped new stove, stove left on a tilt, broken or missing doors stops, wood putty to fill the gap between old and new floors even though this had been specifically covered in the contract. The "fixes" included three buffings and coats of finish that never dried evenly. Then sanding down the new floor which removed all of the bevels so now even the wood itself does not match adjacent flooring. Two coats of semi-gloss and one of gloss leaves a floor that still does not match the adjoining floors. Kemper's solution is to grind down my good older floors to match the poor new one. Broken promises. Shoddy workmanship. I am so disappointed

Kemper Carpet and Tami Titus supplied and installed the carpet in our new home in Haymarket. She and her well trained staff showed us several excellent options that were within our budget. They helped us choose the best quality carpet that met our needs. They worked with our contractor to schedule the delivery and installation and all went well. We highly recommend Kemper Carpet!

I worked with Kemper Carpet at their new location in Gainesville, VA. in same shopping center as Wegmans near Lake Manassas.
I found their product selection and prices to be excellent. From the owner (Tammy) to the salespeople to the installers, my experiences with Kemper were outstanding. Courteous, knowledgable and helpful every step of the way, including post-sale.
I would highly recommend Kemper Carpet and Flooring.

I was in the market for an area rug for my TV room - just wanted regular
carpet bound to be placed on top of hardwood floors. Ed welcomed me
into the store and helped me figure out the best option for my budget.
Ed was really nice and super helpful. About 3 weeks later, my area rug
was delivered. The delivery guys were great! They placed the padding
and rug with great care - measuring to make sure it was perfect. They worked with all the edges to make sure it looked perfect. All of this was followed up by a quick vacuum. Really impressed. I will be returning for any future needs!

This was our second purchase from them. It turned out that once it was installed, we hated one of the rooms of carpet. It had come with a satisfaction guarantee. We called them up and they replaced it at no additional cost. We are very satisfied.

The Company did an excellent job. The technician, Bill, is an absolutely supurb craftsman. He approached his work as though he was replacing his own kitchen floor and left no detail untouched. The salesman, Ed, was also extremely professional, informative on their products and helpful during my selection process. I highly recommend Kemper Carpet.

Great organization with trustworthy employees. Floors look great and Kemper shall be back to go over just a couple of small areas that can use another coat of water-based finish. A professional company that understands and provides great customer service, so much so that the owner, Ms. Tammy Titus arrived for the final walk through, inquired about the service provided by her staff, and provided written instructions on how to keep our news floors in th best possible shape. At one time uring this work I was told that I really did not need to have the banisters on the two stairways re-done, and in this regard, Kemper saved me considerable cost. I chose Kemper over a competitor because they offered immediate access to the product I chose, while competitor would have to special order the similar product they offered. They couldn't check with the distribution center when I ordered because it was the middle of a holiday weekend. Turns out Kemper couldn't get the stock I had chosen. Manufacturer was out of it and we had to wait for the next production run - about a month or six weeks, as I recall.
Kemper's problem was COMMUNICATION. They didn't tell me about the out-of-stock situation immediately, but only after I called them because they hadn't gotten back to me in a week or two to schedule installation, as promised. Then it was difficult to get answers. It seemed as if the store and the warehouse/distribution center didn't talk to each other.
By the time I got my carpet, the competitors could have had it installed two or three weeks earlier, or I could have chosen an alternate Kemper product that was in stock, but I was not given the information I needed to do either until it was too late to make it reasonable to switch.
When the carpet finally came in, they installed it quickly, neatly, and competently..
