I was given their contact information from my lender. I called the rep who was supposed to be handling my paperwork and left a voicemail with some information and also some questions. I did not hear back from them, but several days later received a message from my lender indicating that JTE was still waiting to hear from me. I called again, got voicemail and decided to go directly to the receptionist this time. I finally received a call-back and had all of the outstanding issues and questions resolved.
Everything else went smoothly and the personnel I dealt with going forward were very professional. They sent an agent to my house to complete the closing paperwork. He arrived on time and wrapped everything up promptly.
I would use them again.
There were a couple of emails and phone calls to verify they had the information correct.
For the closing, they offered me the option to do it at their offices or come to my home. I choose to do it at home since my wife was going to have to sign some of the papers. Their representative called the day before the scheduled closing to verify the time and location. On the day of the closing, which by the way was done at 6:00 p. m., JDR Title's representative arrived on time and was well prepared. She had all the pages requiring signatures and/or initials ready and marked. The process took a little over an hour. She left me with a copy of the closing package and we were done.
