Julie was our primary contact from the beginning and we worked quite closely with her. I had a lot of questions and juggling that had to take place in order to accommodate all of the events that had to take place just to get the house actually listed. Scheduling for pictures to be taken down to getting everything set correctly for staging and through that entire process Julie and I probably talked, scheduled and rescheduled events almost daily. Julie was always responsive and quick in her replies, but more importantly was she was always accurate. That meant a lot to me because it's one thing to be quick with an answer, but if the answer is wrong and you have to keep going back to correct your responses, it can quickly become a confusing mess. That never happened.
The realtors used docusign for the majority of the paperwork that had to be completed, which allowed for both parties (buyers and sellers) to sign electronically alleviating the need for ink signatures which would mean multiple trips back and forth by everyone. There was one specific instance where the docusign network had a problem with a document and no matter how many times my husband and I tried to sign it simply would not allow it. Wasn't a big deal on our end, but Julie wanted to make it was done right and she stayed on the phone with the docusign helpdesk until well past 10 pm and was able to have the documents available to us for signature, turning them back around to the sellers first thing the next morning.
The only area that I questioned Julie on was in the photos for the house. I expected a photographer to take the pictures and she told me she would do them instead and they would be wonderful. I actually expressed to her my doubt on this and stated I wasn't happy about it. She asked me to trust her, so I did. Up to that point I had no reason not to. I have to say that Julie was right and I was wrong - the pictures she took were fantastic and highlighted the best parts of our house, really showcased it.
Julie was the agent who prepped and managed our Open House. She did a wonderful job and provided excellent feedback to both my husband and I when we returned home. She even sold our patio furniture for us as a couple expressed interest and she knew we were not going to keep it. (That couple ended up being the couple who purchased the house).
All in all I have to say this was one of the more pleasant transactions we've had selling a house. Julie was extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to get along with. Even when she was telling me something I didn't want to hear! We would highly recommend her to friends or associates if they were thinking of either purchasing or selling.
