+ -1 moreI found him to be very honest and professional. He thought he could fix my system with a part so he purchased the part, and then found that my system was so old that the part wouldn't work. He said he could replace the system for $150 but I thought it was working fine so I didn't want to do it. Juan Perez didn't charge me a dime refunded my money for the part and understood why I wouldn't want to replace it. I will certainly call him again!
