Outstanding! Their quote was well below others but there concept and understanding were spot on. The skill workers for tile, dry wall, painting and carpentry were excellent. Their understanding of our color desires and design came through as our day of selecting vanities, counter tops, tile and color were very efficient.

And to top it off the final bill was with in $200 of the initial quote. I would highly recommend this team for any scale home improvement.

Everyone at JR did a fabulous job. Courteous, professional, clean. At the end of every day, everything was cleaned up, wiped down, hauled away. They helped us through the process, identifying materials, sources, etc. and made it pretty painless. The tile work was great, as well as their knowledge in all related areas. When there was a problem with the toilet leaking (turns out the tank was cracked from the factory), the owner of the company spent much time working with the manufacturer to get it taken care of. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Although I'd love to keep them to myself, I would highly recommend JR for your projects.

Rob and Jill were very easy to work with on this job. We knew we wanted a classic retro look centered around a chrome pedestal sink which was very difficult for us to find in size required in out small 5' X 8' bathrooms. Rob had no problem locating one. He worked closely with us making need adjustments as we occasionally changed items but he help us stay within our budget. Rob's staff was on time each day and very considerate, keeping the work space tidy. They paid attention to details and even saw we had a night light in the old bathroom, so when they installed a new outlet, did so with one that had a built-in night light. Rob contacted us frequently before, during and after the job to insure we were satisfied with the work. We couldn't be happier with our new bathrooms, they are exactly what we wanted. We will definitely us JR Home Improvements again.

This work involved a series of renovations on 25 year old bathrooms in a sequence that would allow a functioning bathroom to be available throughout the renovation of the 3 bathrooms. All the vanities, fixtures and tile flooring were removed and replaced. The contractor worked well with us to evaluate options and came up with ideas that improved the price and/or the final look. An internal wall had to be moved to expand the shower in the master bath to make it what we wanted. Everything looks and works well (now months later).
