I purchased a house in 2000 and Gene was the agent. It was very detailed and professional. I kept him in mind so that when I sold that house (that I purchased in 2000), I could use Gene to buy my next, and sell my old house. This most recent purchase (in Loudoun County June 2011) was esp challenging in that the other agent frankly tried to circumvent the contract through bullying, stalling, acting like he didn't know the contract or simply ignoring. Gene did not let him get away with this and we were able to complete the buy.
