Description of Work: Gene Sampson ensured the terms of the contract were completely understood and reasonable. He is well embedded and respected in the industry and knows who to contact for home inspections, plumbers, HVAC, etc. Gene responded rapidly to my questions, and he is very professional. Gene was able to negotiate and with a far less experienced Realtor who also attempted to cut corners to benefit his customer but Gene would not permit this behavior. He faced down the competition and was firm, and did not leave me without the much needed support. Gene knows the law, the construction of houses, the business and financing and is honest. I would recommend Gene to others. He has his own franchise and I suspect any one of his people will perform the same way.
