Drapery Cleaning
It went badly. They came out three times. The decorator did fine, but when they came out to install, the sizes were all wrong. They were supposed to get back to us and no one called us back so we had to follow up and the decorator came out and agreed with the fact that it wasn't a good job. We had to get reimbursed from Penneys for the whole job.
