Stereo and Home Theater System Service
We first met with Sean Brewer, the manager, at their store to discuss universal remotes that would work with our home entertainment system and the services they would provide to program a single remote. Todd, the master programmer, was as promised, as expert at what he did.
He arrived at the time promised, worked for four hours and left the system ready to go. Todd had the equipment and expertise that he needed to program our system which includes FIOS, a large screen TV, amplifier, DVD, CD player, Apple TV and Blue-Ray. (Previously we used about 7 remotes.) He installed an IR blaster and programmed the universal remote so one touch will perform each function (e.g., watch TV, listen to radio.
We now have a single, easy-to-use remote that works flawlessly and is super-easy to use. We no longer live in fear of pressing the wrong button and having our system go black for hours!
We highly recommend IQ in terms of helping you select the equipment you need and then installing it so that it works right the first time and every time.
