They did a very good job and used a camera so they could show me what was wrong. I have used them several years before and I would definitely hire them again.

Aug 6-they came to install on a not very sunny day-it actually rained that day. 1st picture was the condition of our brand new yard before installation of irrigation system. And attached are some of the after installation. They didn't put seeds or topsoil after all the diggin they did especially with hat big machine. 08/30-Alex came and said that Noe (installer) doesn't know what he was doing and I should follow what he says on the schedule or they will not be responsible for anything! So he adjusted watering-he said that we shouldn't be watering every day for the 1st 30 days. Following day, Jeff Gleason (sales) came by w/o notice and changed the watering schedule. I didn't hear back anymore so I called to f/u on 09/28-our yard has been ruined at this point and we have spent $ on 100 topsoil bags plus seeds. 09/30; Roger came by to put topsoi that was bought from Home Depot & advised him we don't just buy from Home Depot & relayed message of what we want. Saw Jeff on our backyard on 10/01-video surveillance, trespassed our property. As of today, still no word from them for a resolution. They were the most expensive out there based on bids but we went with them because of the name.

Terrible job of installation. The company only lifted the sod and put water pipe under the sod. So now there are ridges through out the lawn where the pipe was installed. Trip hazards and unable to aerate. Company refused to revisit the site and now do not return phone calls.

I have used them several years and find them professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. The only criticism I have is that when they come to perform either start up in the spring or shut down in the fall, that's all they do. When they discover a head that is broken or even misaligned, they tag it but take no action to repair it. Meaning I have to re-schedule and pay them separately- which is inconvenient.

Be careful with these guys. They blow out the water from your sprinkler system at too high pressure and offer no flexibility to regulate it down. Bad experience and not recommended.

Came on time and work was performed adequately. They send a note twice a year about weatherizing but only offer a few days for scheduling which is very inconvenient. last time they weatherized but left one irrigation pipe on that burst during the winter. So much for weatherizing. They did fix at no cost.

The team came in the morning, and before they started, they explained to us what they will be doing and how the system works. They were very professional and knowledgeable. One sprinkler was above ground, I called the company the following day to request it to be fixed, they came the same day and fixed it. We are very happy so far with the service.

They turned on my system for the summer and checked all of the spray heads. They found that the rain sensor was not working. They said they would make an appointment to come back and fix it. They have not called. I tried calling both of the numbers on the receipt they gave me in April and both phone numbers are disconnected.

Limited experience with vendor, but: scheduling was very professional and easy. Service provider showed up when the they said, and work was done quickly.

All went swimmingly for years, even the maintenance of turning the system on and off seasonally. They were always on time and always did a professional job.
Right before we put this house up for sale, we got new neighbors. THOSE kind of neighbors. As it turns out, the sprinkler heads on that side of the house were a few inches "over the line". The neighbor complained about one sprinkler head, so I paid to have it relocated. THEN the neighbor decides they are all over the line (in some cases by less than an inch), so I called them and this time they moved all of the remaining heads at no charge. So, they did fix the problem, but with our house going up for sale and having to deal with a new jerk neighbor it would have been nice to have avoided the situation to begin with.
