Very well. The staff explained things thoroughly, performed the testing quickly and efficiently, and provided detailed reports for both testing rounds.

Professional response to calls, prompt scheduling, punctual arrival. Testing and evaluation were thorough including attic and crawlspace. Tested outdoor air for control and multiple indoor sites. Received detailed, thorough report via email ~1 week later, which included many photos taken on site, tables with test results, and specific recommendations for remediation. Reasonably prompt response to follow up emails/calls so far. The company is independent & does not perform remediation so I'm reasonably confident they're not here to generate business for themselves. There is a charge for evaluation and separate charges for tests sent to outside labs, which was explained at the outset. Final charge was within initial estimated range. (This company was recommended to me by carpet cleaning service during on site estimate.)

When our house was diagnosed with mold, we thought about using a mold inspector for $300 to determine the amount of mold in the house. Instead we opted to spend $2000 for the Industrial Hygienists at InLogix because we assumed we would get a more thorough and detailed analysis of our house.
What we got was a boilerplate report with general information about mold and tables of mold measurements from our house that we could have exactly gotten from the mold inspector. Not only was InLogix a complete waste of time and money, the staff was rude and arrogant.
Worst of all, less than a month after InLogix told us that the house was mold free, we found extensive mold in our kids? playroom. Between being scammed for paying extra for readings we could have had performed for a fraction of the price and their incompetence in finding the mold, I would not recommend anyone throwing away their money for this worthless report or service.

"This review, which was posted more than fourteen months after our assessment was conducted, is both inaccurate and misleading. The total fee for our services, which included two separate assessment visits and associated sampling fees, was less than the stated amount. Moreover, the customer was issued a partial refund as a courtesy due to his dissatisfaction with our services. In this case, it is evident that a disconnect related to the customer’s expectations was in part responsible for this dissatisfaction. This may have been avoided by a more thorough review of our professional service agreement, which details the parameters of our assessments and services to establish reasonable expectations. Specifically, we do not typically recommend destructive demolition and remediation procedures when there is no discernible evidence to suggest that it is warranted. We regret the dissatisfaction of this customer, but are also puzzled the customers evolving allegations (without any evidence or permission to review the site) and by the long delay between the dates of our services were conducted and the date of this review. The amount of positive feedback we have received in our 10 years of doing business is testament to the consistently high quality of our service and reports and the overall level of satisfaction of our clients."

I want to take this opportunity to compliment Ray Lemus of Inlogix on his work for me.  He came out to check for mold in an area that had been damaged by a water leak.  He was extremely thorough in his investigation of the site.  Through his work, we found evidence of an earlier leak that no one else had spotted.  Also, he explained what he was doing throughout the process.  He was so expert that my contractor and another engineer listened carefully to what he was saying, so that they could be educated.  He wrote a very detailed report that I gave to my insurance company.  I am sure that it was his work that convinced the insurance company to pay for my claim, although they had originally rejected it.  I found him through Angie's List, but also ServPro, the remediation company I used,  recommended Inlogix to me, as well.  I would recommend Inlogix strongly, based on this experience.

This is an outstanding company and while the cost for mold inspection without remediation may initially seem like a lot of money it was worth it.
We struggled with mold in our basement (and therefore throughout the air in the house) for two years.  We had one company test and remediate in Dec. 2012.  A year later we realized there was still a significant amount of spores throughout the air in the house which could not be explained since there were no new water leaks and few places for mold to grow (since we have plaster and concrete walls).  That remediation company came back, retested, and quoted us double what we spent the year before to finish the remediation job.  I emailed them to ask questions but was ignored.  So I had to go a different route.  On the recommendation of a family friend who is an industrial hygenist, we hired InLogix to retest and inspect the home.  We learned that the first remediation company did not do an adequate job cleaning and disinfecting the basement.  They left large concentrations of moldy dust in the basement which then circulated throughout the air in the house.  The inspector spent two hours in the house testing air samples, doing thermo readings and identifying areas of potential energy loss since cold and dampness could affect mold growth.
Based on InLogix's recommended remediation plan we hired American Restoration Services (another VERY good company) to do the remediation work.  What was important which we did not realize the first time around, was that InLogix tests but does not do remediation, and ARS remediates but does not do testing.  This means that each company has an incentive to be honest and to do the best job they can because someone will be looking over their shoulder.  ARS spent three days cleaning the basement, cleaning the duct work, and fogging the house.  They isolated the basement from the rest of the house so that the mold that was in the air in the basement (or kicked up in the air as a result of their demo) stayed in the basement and did not migrate to other parts of the home.  After the work was completed InLogix came back, inspected the basement, and took additional air samples to ensure everything was done right and the house no longer had significant concentrations of mold.  That air sample showed one elevated level of mold in the main part of the house, but the basement was clear.  David Young, the owner of InLogix called me and spoke to me for half an hour about that elevated level and why he was not concerned.  When I was still a little hesitant he offered to re-test the main level of the home free of charge because he wanted me to feel comfortable and safe with the outcome of the work.  That test showed almost no mold (some mold is inevitable, and almost no mold is great result!).  I am thrilled.  I was initially very hesitant to go this route because of the great expensive involved between the two contractors but my peace of mind is worth it.  For the first time in over two years I feel like I can breathe easy in my home.

I cannot say enough good about this company.  Knowledgeable staff, prompt, professional, courteous, respectful.  I am selling my house to mold-nervous buyers who hired another company to inspect my property.  The moisture meter reacted to the insulation in my basement walls and showed a false-positive moisture reading. The other company claimed that I had "invisible fungus" and mold and demanded an exhorbI knew my basement was dry and mold-free.  I had worked with Inlogix in the past, following a serious flood, so I called them and requested an independent inspection.  Ray and David made multiple trips to my house to inspect and diagnose the issue.  They cut a hole to expose the insulation and explained to all of us that the moisture meter was reacting to the chemical content of the insulation.  There was no moisture and no mold.

David examined all of the baseboards, windows and exterior doors, the electrical closet, the bathroom, and the rafters of the utility/AC area. David concluded that I did not have a serious mold problem but had various smaller problems such as deteriorating carpet pad, too high humidity from a humidifier, lack of air circulation, some spots of mold, too much dust build-up, etc. He recommended a mold sporicide and cleaner for some enclosed spaces that had grown mold from the high level of humidity, and made several other practical suggestions for improving the air quality. Throughout, he exhibited the highest level of professionalism and knowledge, and then refused to charge for the more than an hour of time. His helpful analysis and thorough inspection of the basement relieved my mind that I had underground seepage or basement wall cracks that would require pulling down the drywall and ceiling and engaging in extensive remediation. He followed the visit up with emails to additional information on the web for products and services that I might find useful. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with INLOGIX Enterprises, LLC.

David Young of INLOGIX Enterprises, LLC, was very professional and thorough. I did not understand that they were going to be doing the test on the entire house; I thought it was the bathroom that was infected. So, we had the whole house tested, which I thought was great. I was very pleased. He also was able to give us some very good recommendation for some other services we've been thinking about.

The process was efficient and easy.  Ray, the hygenist, explained what he was doing, provided a complete report, and was clearly intent upon doing a good job.   He was easy to contact, easy to schedule, and efficient.  I have no previous experience with this type of service, so cannot compare with others, but I would certainly feel good about calling Inlogix once again, should I need their support.

It was the best experience I ever had with any contractor/specialist in my life. Inlogix and another environmental hygiene company were referred to me by Servpro (mold remediation specialist). After speaking to both companies on the phone , it was evident that I would be working with Inlogix. I was very stressed because I was chosen to help my 85 year old mother restore her rental house back to "health" again. David gave me assurance and helped me restore my confidence in that this work can be done. It is a 60 year old house and never had any major work done to it. This is only the beginning of our work together. After the first phase of repair to the house, he will come back to do further investigation and testing of the house. I highly recommend him because of his knowledge, patience, and especially his guidance. For someone like me, a female and never having done major work to a house, you will appreciate what this company can offer. It is worth going to their website at www.inlogix.com and educating yourself about their services.

It was a very professional experience. The inspector was very knowledgeable and met all the certifications for a person in his field. He did a great job and he was known by my insurance company, so they approved of me using him.
