Truly a great job from start to finish

They did a good job, but the left the carpets fairly wet. Their price was more then reasonable though. I had old pet stains, and they were able to get rid of the odor which is what I wanted. They were also friendly and courteous.

Contacted them based on a recommendation from another vendor.  Excellent service.  Prompt and professional.  Price was as estimated.  I highly recommend Impressions Carpet & Restoration, Inc.

I love this company.  They are wonderful.  I have used them for at least 10 years. (The owner did business under another name). They have been able to make older wall to wall carpet look brand new.  They are able to repair ripped and loose carpet.  They were able to get out ink stains when my son's pen broke open.  They are prompt and they are reasonable.  I have a friend who used them to get out pet oder when she moved.  She was also very satisfied.  It's a pleasure to be able to give all "A"'s and mean every single one!

I called Impressions at 8:30 am the morning after the flooding (Friday) and was told that with the extreme weather they couldn't guarantee that they could come out anytime in the next two days, but they would put us on the waitlist.  I called two other highly rated Angie's list companies and was told the same thing.  Amazingly, Impressions showed up on our doorstep at 3:30 pm that same day, ready to get to work. 

The two men came in and surveyed the damages, then immediately pulled up the carpet and removed the soaked padding.  It took them no more than an hour to remove it, vacuum out all the remaining water, and set us up with a fan to dry out the carpet and floor.  They said they would return on Monday to replace the padding.

The carpet dried out beautifully thanks to the fan they left us (they said they usually leave two but, with the extreme demand, could only leave us one).  We also had a dehumidifier running constantly, and a large room fan.

Impressions was supposed to come back on Monday, but they didn't make it.  I do believe, as they said, that they were still dealing with an overwhelming amount of work due to all the rain.  If I have one negative bit of feedback, it's that they didn't call us to let us know approximately when/if they were going to come by.  We were proactive and called them.

Instead, they came on Tuesday to finish the job.  They were quick again, replacing the padding and then, at my request, professionally cleaning the rug.  It was done in one hour.

I was pleased with Impressions response time, efficiency and the good-naturedness of the two men who came and did the job. I would hire them again in the future for a similar service (though I hope I don't have to) or to have them professionally clean my carpets/floors.

I selected Impressions after reading reviews on Angie's list.  Making the appointment was simple and I was given a 2 hour window and told that the team coming would call.  they did and arrived within the window -- and apologized that it was towards the end of the window.  They got to work, hit the trouble spots with cleaner and wrapped up with my carpets looking great.  They reminded me that they offer other services (upholstery), said thanks for choosing them and got on their way.  couldn't ask for more.

I had a very positive impression of the people.  They actually went to the carpet store to match the padding.  I can’t remember what they charged, but my insurance reimbursed the full amount.

I called them on a Saturday morning and they showed up within two hours. I got a quick estimate, and Mario got right to work. Within 48 hours our carpet was all completely dried, pads replaced and everything looked better then new. Price was almost exactly as estimated. All around great experience.

The quality of work they did was good. They did exactly what they said they would do and the price they charged me was exactly what they said it would be. There were no nasty surprises. They were very willing to be flexibly with us. Originally we asked for more rooms to be cleaned and then we changed that. They gave us a credit for those rooms instead of charging for those rooms we changed our plan for. The price they charged us was very reasonable. They came when they said they would.

He was here on time, he moved any furniture that needed to be moved. He was precise and did an OUTSTANDING job. Had I used their service before I bought new carpeting, I probably would not buy new carpets. I had him clean the steps - where the carpeting was 18 years old - and when he was done it looked brand new. Very professional and very fast.
