After a year in our new condo, we finally decided to remodel our master bathroom to reflect our personal tastes. Throughout our planning and design process, which took several months, Imre, the owner of I.B. Tile, very patiently and respectfully worked with us. While his company is focused on installation, Imre went above and beyond by providing valuable advice in picking out and getting the best deal on the tiling and the massage tub we ended up using. At one point, it looked like our condo association might deny our request to install the massage tub. Imre was instrumental in developing a noise and vibration mitigation strategy, which successfully addressed the association's concerns. Instead of a conventional jacuzzi that circulates water, Imre recommended that we use a BainUltra massage tub (which he had installed in his own home and his family loves, that uses air jets, reducing the risk of leaks and noise/vibration propagation. Imre's installation crew understood and very carefully addressed our requirement that the rest of our small condo be protected from drywall dust etc. from the work-site. Their work area, including the bathroom itself and a staging area in our living room, was consistently kept incredibly neat. The I.B. Tile crew was uniformly careful and precise in both the demolition work and installation, demonstrating superb skill in installing the tiling, including the very sensitive glass mosaic used on two of the bathroom walls, and the river pebble shower floor. They produced a beautiful bathroom, which definitely delivered the spa like feel that we wanted. Imre and his crew demonstrated that this company, which is a small, family owned business, has the rare skill sets needed to produce high quality work using glass mosaic tile, marble, and river rocks. Unlike many of the bathroom remodelers with whom we spoke prior to selecting this company, Imre and his crew actually specialize in working with this high end material. The fact that Imre, his wife, who runs the company's office, and his crew are also very nice people people, whom were a pleasure to work with, was an added bonus. We would recommend I.B. Tile to anyone and would certainly go back to them as our first choice for any future tiling and/or remodeling work.
