 + -1 moreThe minimum was done in a reasonable amount of time. I was disappointed to get my dvd and thumb drive with no index containing dates and events (as I had given that information to Home Video Studio). I was also disappointed that no audio had been added. I was disappointed that there was a good bit of fuzziness in some of the video.
Description of Work: Transferred 8 mm family film to dvd and thumb drive.

 + -1 moreI called this provider several times. I left a message approximately one and half weeks ago and never received a call back. I called again on 7/23/14 and left another message for this provider. This provider's unresponsiveness is very unprofessional and equates to poor customer service.

 + 0 moreWe only used them once but I was very pleased. He gives discounts if you do 10 or more. His prices are average. He does it in the store he doesn't send them out. The quality is great. Our videos were done very quickly. He is friendly and approachable he could be a little more professional.

 + -1 moreIt's just wonderful. I have had friends who saw it and they love it. He met my expectations. I had certain songs to when it appears and he did a excellent job. He also made it fun at the end and he put me as the director. He is patienent. He made everything happen for me. He gave me a contract and followed everything. Got my pictures 5 days earlier. He is excellent.
Description of Work: I took him a group of my son and his soon to be wives photos and he created a photo montage.
