If you need a home loan, don?t miss contacting Home Savings and Trust and Sean Glennon and his team for a quote. My first experience with Sean was on a Friday at the end of the day. His marketing page said he only needed a few minutes to tell you if you?re approved. His page didn?t lie. Sean was able to give me an answer that day and send me out to the weekend open houses with a good estimate of how much house I could afford. Unfortunately that house didn?t work out, but Sean periodically checked in to see how the house hunt was going; yet he never badgered or pushed. Almost a year later I told him I was finally going to submit a contract for a house. Sean didn?t miss a beat and got me any paperwork that the selling agent required to ratify a contract. After ratifying, Sean and his team (Erin and Frankie) worked with me to submit all the necessary documentation for the loan process and to go to a clean closing. They actually were ready to go to closing 11 days in advance which was wonderful to have that peace of mind and allowed me to focus on other issues of the buying process.
