Description of Work: I went a Healthy Back Store twice. In March 2014, I bought their version of the TemperPedic mattress. It was so close to the TemperPedic, but a bit more comfortable to me. It was also on sale. I don't remember the exact price, but it was close to %1000. The mattress is a dream! When my boyfriend is visiting, it is wonderful not to be able to feel him toss and turn and vice versa. I love it. The store and mattresses got rave reviews on the website, that is why I chose Healthy Back. While I was there I also noticed their office chairs. In May of 2015, I purchased a top of the line chair. Don't remember the name of it, but it is also wonderful. The mattress was purchased at the Fairfax Store, and the office chair from the Tysons Store. Tysons is closer to me. Both salesmen were very nice and informative. The delivery people were great, too. In fact one of them delivered both products. I remembered his name. He was pleased with that. Sure impressed his co-worker when he delivered the office chair! It pays to spend some goo money on a mattress. Think of it like you would buy tires - you don't buy cheap tires or probably cheap shoes, so why scrimp on a cheap mattress. You won't regret it. Think of it as a 10-year investment in your health.

+ 0 moreThey had a huge variety of choices. The only issue I have is that the mattress is too heavy to turn over. They seem to have turn over in their staff. They also sell the tempurpedic pillows. They delivered and set up the bed on time.

+ -1 moreWe are still happy with it and it has a lifetime warranty compared to a similar mattress which gives you a 20 year warranty. They are a lot cheaper now but then it cost me $1000. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pushed or pressured. We were doing a lot of mattress hunting at the time. It was a comfortable feeling and the people who delivered the mattress were very nice and efficient. I have no problem with them what so ever. We have recommended them. We are still happy with the mattress. They were the best price at that time. The prices have gone down since but they were considerably less for a superior product. They came when they said they would. If I needed a new one I would check with them first.

Their price guarantee includes state taxes and delivery charges too. I can't wait for my chair to be delivered. Great experience.
