HaulPROZ

Amazing. Moved out of my apartment and decided to declutter so I had a lot of junk to leave behind. I didn't have much time to get the items removed or the rental office would've charged me. I called HaulPROZ and got same day Junk service to haul away my junk. Price was affordable, considering 1800 junk wanted to charge me double the price.

I have moved 7 times in 10 years and can honestly say HaulProz is one of the best moving companies I have ever worked with. They were very professional, calling me prior to arriving at my apartment, wrapped all of my furniture, disassembled those items that had to be disassembled and then moved everything to my 4 story townhouse. Of note, my townhouse does not have an elevator, so the team had to move everything up the narrow stairs themselves. The whole move took less time than what they actually quoted me so they didn't even charge me the quoted amount. In all honesty, I believe their hourly rate is incredibly low considering the amount of manual labor it took to move all my stuff, especially since I have paid 3x that amount in the past to move my things. Also, the company is a local family business so you know you are supporting small businesses by hiring them. If I had to move locally again, I wouldn't hesitate to use this company.

It was the worst move ever. There was a 2 hour window for them to arrive. At 11 I had to send them an email. They did not answer their phones. I finally got to talk to someone at about 11:30, they claimed that they tried to call me, but had a wrong number. The people in the actual truck did not call me until 3:15. Yes, over 6 hours later. They had gone to the wrong Calvert Street! My move was not done until after 6:00. No apologies. Boxes and items were just placed randomly throughout the house. Who puts a floor lamp in their kitchen? Please only use these people of you want a very tortuous move!

HaulPROZ is awesome!! We used them early October and we were pleased with the service. From the initial booking process (which i can greatly appreciate booking online and the constant updates) to the service of the workers. It was outstanding. They completed my move rather quick and damage free.
