The designs are great and the executions are just flawless. This is world class handmade stuff. They are really responsive and in terms of being wiling to alter things and tweak designs and so forth, they are great for that. However, if you're in a big hurry, you're probably talking to the wrong people because they are perfectionists and they don't hurry, so you might as well not either because it won't do any good. We've spent a nontrivial amount of money with them and have not regretted it for a moment.

They have outstanding product quality and customer service. We knew what we wanted to do with the bed, and we ended up working with the owner. He showed us all of the floor models and then went through all of the different woods styles. He was a great help with choosing out the products. Their crew came by, dropped off the furniture, and completely assembled our bed. They are a great company to work with and have a high quality product.
