I have been an ASHI certified home inspector for 12 years to date. I work solely for you and your best interest, giving you an accurate and unbiased analysis on your home. Afterwards you'll have all the information you need for negotiations and will feel more at ease about your decision to go forward with your purchase or to back out of the deal. The new contracts being used by Realtors just this January has eliminated all the walk through items as a must fix. Having a home inspection is your best protection to get out from a contract if any deficiency(s) discovered are bad enough to allow you to walk with your earnest money returned in full. Brad spent over 4 hours reviewing the home with us and was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took pictures, recorded issues, and helped us put issues in perspective and think through our options as potential buyers. We are looking at buying a very old home (originally built in the 1830s) and Brad was knowledgeable about the changes made to the home over time. We researched many home inspectors before choosing Brad, and we are so glad we went with him!
We also found working with Terry to schedule a time and date to be seamless. Terry was punctual and always got back to us quickly with options on dates / times and with a price quote.
It was 625 for the inspection and 150 for the radon testing.
