The mortgage paperwork is always a pain, but they made it as simple as possible for me.
Full disclosure, there was a slight issue with the mortgage program that I was using (5% FHA,) and this issue was not caught until Friday afternoon, when I was closing on the home on Monday (Federal Holiday). So, this was a bit of a stressful situation because at the time this issue would have left me out a few thousand dollars in seller credits. Charlene took the reins and handled the problem. However, this resulted in the bank (George Mason), giving me credits to make it right. At the end of the day, everything worked out great and the customer service I received from Charlene and the Jones Group was exceptional.
I would use the bank again. Ask for Charlene Jones.
