From the start I had issues with the service from this Best Buy employees and manager.
I asked for help two times and waited 15 minutes for help. There was no one in the appliance department and there were very few customers in the store. I had researched what I wanted on line and just needed to make the purchase in the store and set up delivery and install.
It took THREE weeks for the dishwasher to be delivered. I had stated for them to call me 30 min to one hour prior to showing since I did not live at the property. I was assured I would receive the call. I confirmed this twice. I received NO call. I was lucky that my tenant was home.
I rushed over and the dishwasher was sitting in the kitchen and the old one was not taken away.
I went to Best Buy and was told I turned down the install, which I did not, and it would be another week before they could get someone out to install. We set the date for the following week on Wednesday.
On Monday I man showed at MY house, wrong property and wrong date, to install the dishwasher. He could not travel to the correct site and instead the install was cancelled.
I went back to Best Buy and now the Wednesday date was filled and they could come in week.
I got a call later that day saying they could fit me in on Wednesday.
Then the next day I received a call saying they could not fit me in for the install.
I spoke to the manager and there was NOTHING they could do. Meanwhile, the dishwasher had been sitting in the kitchen for a week and I had ordered it a month ago.
I hired a plumber who installed it and took the old one away.
Their customer service is poor and the experience was so stressful I will NEVER purchase an appliance from Best Buy again.
