Initially, there was a little bit of confusion and I had to make several follow up phone calls before I received my samples in the mail, but they did finally arrive. The sample packs of the different colors were very useful and the distributor, Marty, was also helpful in answering all my questions. My order was placed by phone, credit card charged, and the bags were delivered to my house a couple of weeks later. The delivery time can vary, depending on factors such as whether the product is already in stock in the warehouse in Lorton. I ran short and had to place a second order, which arrived in just a couple of days. The website www.futuremulch.com is also very helpful in explaining the entire process. We are very satisfied, and I'm sure we'll continue to be in 6 months, when it will still look like new.
