Not happy with Frost & Assoc Annap location. We had no issue paying the initial $2500 retainer fee, but soon realized that was just the tip of the iceberg. That was gobbled up & gone a week later. 90% of correspondence were invoices for more $$. And requests to resend same initial docs to them over &! over. We had iit 4 mo later, and terminated our contract with them after being billed & paying $20,000, and were o my spinning in circles. We hired another tax law firm, issues now resolved. But the law firm we hired ti help became our biggest issue, when they sued us a year later for an additional $9,000 they claimed we owed them after we fired them. Luckily, the AACo courts dismissed the case earlier this year after Covid pandemic started.
