Hardwood Flooring Service
They failed to show up on time the first day they were scheduled. They didn't show up at all on the second day but did not notify as to the reason. They showed up late again on the second of installation and then rushed to finish because they had a job scheduled for the next day. They didn't finish until 10:00 pm on the second day. The installers were subcontractors, and while the crew was hardworking and polite, the crew supervisors were rude and unfriendly, not people you would want in your house. We requested an itemized statement, as there were charges made that were over the estimate, but we have not received it yet. The office often failed to return calls. Overall, I can't recommend this company at all.
