Mr. Ferlo was EXCEPTIONAL. Very knowledgeable, diagnosed and talked us through the issues, estimated time required to fix, and we now have a fully functioning kitchen sink! Could not be happier.

He was clearly knowledgeable when we discussed the job over the phone ahead of time. He arrived as scheduled and completed the work in 2 hours, with excellent quality, at a wonderful price. I couldn't be more pleased.

He came in, inspected it, found the problem, and he put in a flexible tube over flow device. It was a days worth of labor.

Robert was all business. Showed where the problem was and he then got his equipment. Snaked the drain. Was all business and did his job quickly, professionally and explained what he had done after he finished. 
He then filled up the utility sink next to the washer twice and let it drain to determine if his repairs had indeed fixed my problem. 
Couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism and kindness of Robert. 
Would definitely use Ferlo Plumbing again.

It was a small job to fix the leak. I thought he seemed very honest and very responsive. He called me back right away. He was able to work me in a couple of days from when I called. He seemed very fair and not overcharging. The work turned out perfect. He looked at another area that was leaking but advised us to have another contractor that was going to be doing some work to do the repair.

The job required replacing old bathroom fixtures, tub and shower faucets and sink faucet, with new ones. This would be simple enough under normal circumstances, something that even I might have attempted. Of course these were not ordinary circumstances as the 27 year old fixtures were very difficult to remove without tearing out tiled walls. Even with my amateur experience at past plumbing jobs, I recognized I would need an experienced master plumber in order to not mess things up horribly by attempting it myself. A few calls to other plumbers were not even returned, and the one I had used once before refused the job flat out. But then, my call to Mr. Ferlo was returned the same day. He asked questions and gave me a realistic estimate of the difficulties of the task and potential cost. On the scheduled day he showed up on the exact time promised and, after surveying the situation, went immediately to work. It was obvious from the start that he knew exactly how to approach the task of gaining access through an opposing wall, removing the old tub faucet, and putting in new fixtures, all without the slightest damage to the tile and tub. He worked diligently for several hours without a break. Mr. Ferlo was courteous and friendly at all times, answering all my questions and curiosity. Next he tackled replacing fixtures on a pedestal sink that had to be temporarily detached from the wall. He worked quickly, continuously, and methodically. He tested everything and cleaned up well before calling the job completed. It took the better part of a day. I am relieved now that I now have new fixtures and a perfect installation. Though it was costly, I know I got good value and fine workmanship. As this old house ages I may need other plumbing services other times. I won't hesitate to call Mr. Ferlo first.

Mr. Ferlo has always done en excellent job for us. He is extremely neat and a perfectionist. Because he is a one man company, his availability may be limited, so if plumbing work can be planned in advance, we would highly recommend that you use Mr. Ferlo.

He showed up on time a did a great job. I was very pleased with how he approached the job. Robert's preparation and cleanup was great. He went through a series of testing to make sure everything was going to function properly. Robert gave us a lot of peace of mind. He is always very informative and very helpful.

Rob showed up on-time as usual and did the work in a very methodical manner. We were pleased with his professionalism and flexibility in getting the job done correctly. He did make amends for a small mistake which he corrected and negated the time that was diverted.

Everything went well. It took a little longer than expected and was a little pricey.

Robert Ferlo calls back in a timely manner every time! He researched the type of toilet we bought before he committed to doing the job. We sat an appointment and when snow was forecasted he proactively called to make arrangements for an alternate appointment if we actually did get the 3-7 inches forcasted. I was very impresses by that! He called again the day of our rescheduled appointment to let us know he was coming. He did a wonderful job installing our new toilet and took the time to explain to me what he did. He took great care in cleaning up and even took the time to look at my old water heater and make suggestions as to what would need to be done with that job. He doesn't install water heaters, just repair and yet he still took the time to go back out to the van to grab a tape measure. He gave me a recommendation of another company that could install the water heater. He is very polite and knowledgeable! I will use him again!

We noticed that our outside faucets still had a slight and quot;dribbleand quot; even after they were shut-off from the inside to prevent freezing. In addition we had a couple other inside issues to be addressed. As was in the past, Mr. Ferlo returns calls within the day and is always very courteous and on schedule with making and keeping his appointments. His work is thorough and he is great about telling you what needs to be done to resolve the problem and thoroughly explains the problem and resolution so I always feel like not only does he know what he is doing, I'm getting a little and quot;educationand quot; on plumbing as well. :-) He cleaned up well after the work is done, showed us the parts that needed to be replaced, and the price for the work done was fair and reasonable. Mr. Ferlo has become our and quot;go to manand quot; for any plumbing issues.

Replacing my MBR faucet turned out to be a bit more complex than I had anticipated. Mr. Ferlo explained all that was entailed and proceeded to do the job. Because the job was more complex it took more time and was therefore more expensive. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and his honesty about the job. I would recommend Ferlo's without hesitation!!

If you need a plumber Ferlos is the guy to call. After suffering with two other Angie's List Superior Award Winners I called Ferlos. Even though he was not taking appointments until the next week he managed to fit me in. He came in and diagnosed the potential problem, and went about fixing it right the very first time. All this without any major disruption of the shower or the walls adjacent to the shower. Another Angie's List plumber discounted what in reality was the obvious problem, and wanted to start cutting in to the walls. This is the same plumber who could not fix a leaking toilet. After he left I tightened the water connection line and that fixed the problem.

Again, Ferlos is now the only person I would call for plumbing services.
