Faye is very professional and I would highly recommend her. She has very good knowledge of the local NoVA area, and was able to provide in-depth information from a local perspective. During the closing process, she made herself available to discuss any issues with my wife and I as needed. Faye paid close attention to the transaction, and stayed on top of issues from the home inspection that required attention, and she kept us informed as things progressed. She also fielded calls from the lender and made sure that all the paperwork was ready to go in time for closing, and she was efficient as the intermediary between us and the seller. The first time we met her, we decided that even if we did not purchase the house that Faye was listing (which we ultimately did purchase) we would have used her services as a buyer's agent because she knows the area well and is a pleasure to work with. Faye has kept in touch since the closing and has even been able to offer recommendations for various post-closing services we've needed to contact.

Reasons supporting our recommendation: 1) We selected Faye after interviewing 6 real estate companies. Faye proved to be very knowledgeable about our development and how to move property in this area. She provided realistic comps along with a recommendation of what we needed to do to our home to sell at the higher range of the comps. She also presented us with a solid plan to stage, photograph, digitally market, and hold a series of open houses to help move the property. 2) After selecting Faye as an agent, she assisted us in locating contractors to make some improvements – all at significantly reduced prices for which we could get the work done. She also made recommendations on projects that would result in a higher sale price and several projects that we should not do because they would not add value to the sale. 3) She did an excellent job staging the house, responding to our questions in a timely manner, and held open houses every weekend for 6 weeks. Her efforts resulted in us receiving multiple offers for the property to include a final offer at full listing price with no contingencies. 4) As offers were received, she helped us evaluate the offers and ultimately led us to accept a full price offer from a well-qualified purchaser. From the first proposal meeting it was apparent that Faye was the right choice. She was on time, professional and responded to all of our questions and needs. She envisioned the potential, was up to date on the latest trends and offered solutions to present the best product possible. Faye personally staged the entire house exquisitely, to the point we weren't sure if we wanted to move and longer. Faye choreographed the entire selling process including photography, contracting and closing all with A grade professionals. The first offers came within 48 hours. Would I hire Faye again? Home sale: Faye made recommendations for us to improve the value of our house prior to listing it. She was able to tell us which updates would add the most value, and which were worth skipping. She also continually checked in on the contractor's progress to make sure everything was going according to schedule and budget. Once the updates were complete, Faye personally staged the house for us with her own items at no additional charge, which saved us thousands (see photos)! Once we were listed, she had professional photos taken and marketing materials produced. She was always available for potential buyers to contact and had three over-list offers for us within 4 days on the market. At that point, she provided guidance and advice as to which were the strongest offers and why. We felt like she was truly looking out for our best interest during the entire process and we were thrilled with the final results of our sale! Home Purchase: Faye took us out several times to look in various areas throughout northern Va. Whenever I wanted to see a home, she was available; this is huge in such a tight market. Other agents had been wary of taking me to see properties over holiday weekends or when it was inconvenient for them, but Faye was always open (even when I had to drag along my 3 kids under 3 years old).
