Excellent service, very professional

Speakers are working great. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

It did not; service not performed. Date and time were set; and several days latter received confirmation after several T/C's and email. Sponsor cancelled after I noted several add on costs to the $275.

These guys were wonderful. They come when they say they will come, call ahead to give you an update. they are friendly, professional and knowledgable. They made good, cost effective recommendations and when it came time to do the install, they got there early, finished early, and everything worked just as they had promised.

They arrived on time and quickly proceeded to replace my old sound bar system with the new one. They setup the new system on my TV and explained how the new system worked. The cost included their travel time and all costs were explained upfront.

The Cohen's (father and son) arrived promptly and were professional and courteous throughout the two hours they spent with my family and me. The task I gave them was daunting. I understood from the start the job I was asking them to do would take longer than two hours. Therefore, I did not expect them to finish in the allotted time. They worked diligently for the full two hours and left my wiring mess more organized than they found it. A few days later, they sent a fair cost proposal to complete the work. I'll probably contact them in August or September to complete the work.

David & his son contacted me to set up a date & time, they arrived on time.  They were professional, worked neatly, and thoroughly, explained things to us as needed.  We had purchased a "deal" and when it looked like they were going to go over the time provided, they let us know ahead of time so that I could make a decision (they stayed longer.) Our system is a little complicated w/speakers in various rooms and the main system in the basement, so it's time consuming to work it all out.  They made recommendations for the future, prioritized them based on their experience, and provided a detailed estimate w/prices so that my husband and I could select exactly what we wanted and know how much we're spending. They are coming back to add a few things and are willing to work w/another trade to coordinate it.

David Cohen and son completed the complex multi pheriferal Audio/Visual wiring and programming job effectively and efficiently with a friendly can-do attitude. They accomplished the job quickly, in a cost saving manner. I could not be more pleased with their reasonably priced outstanding work. I unhesitatingly recommend them for any Audio/Visual and related professional services.
The house-wide system they installed would please the most dicriminating audiophile, avid the movie fan, and rock and roll enthusiast.
Summary: Excellent in all respects!

Two technicians arrived on time and spent an hour connecting new cable boxes to three HDTVs in my home, as well as a Roku and 2 Xboxes.  They also removed various cables and connectors that had been run through the wall in two locations (due to the TVs being wall-mounted) but that were no longer needed.  They were pleasant and professional in all regards.. I hired them again to do an additional task for me in the coming week.

I truly believe Dave Cohan is the home audio/video system ?Whisperer?!!!  That right! 
In less than an hour, he achieved what others had failed to do ? 'fix' our aging system and fill our home with music.  He even managed to have 2 ancient exterior speakers (painted-over by previous homeowners to meet HOA requirements) functional!  It was impressive to see how expertly he worked his way through a myriad of tangled wires, circuits and obsolete boxes to
effectively power the system on/off, adjust volume/tuning and allow selection of media! 
His professionalism, easy-manner, attention to detail, and customer service were impressive and very much appreciated. 
Dave is truly an ambassador of ?family-owned? businesses!  His card is certainly one I will keep and share with family,
neighbors and friends!
 
 

David and his son were fantastic to work with. From the first contact until the last time they visited our home, they were professional, courteous, and provided clear explanations. We had trouble with Verizon's cable and internet service, and David and his son returned to our home several times after the initial installation to ensure everything was functional. In fact, David served as the liaison between Verizon and my wife when I wasn't able to be home for Verizon's service visits. They truly went above and beyond and take pride in their work. I cannot recommend them enough for A/V needs.

Family Media Systems is awesome at what they do.  David and his son Sam own the business and took the time to understand what kind of system I was looking for – answering all of my questions and never making me feel like the novice that I am.  They developed a plan and provided me with a detailed price quote.  When I decided to go ahead with their solution, they started immediately and executed that plan to a “T.”  The best part was that they were able to do it all, including selling me the equipment so that I didn’t need to go and find it myself.  They were a one stop shop for my Home Theatre needs and they did a great job.  I would definitely hire them again.  Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about David. Not only was he extremely flexible with regard to scheduling, but when I changed my mind about the work I wanted done he switched gears with a smile. I asked him to wall mount the tv and not only did he do that, but he came and took the mount/tv from the old place, put it up in the new place, and hid the wires in the wall...and it looks fantastic! This guy is a gem...honest, hard working, professional, and obviously knows his stuff. Don't even hesitate. He'll get the job done, and done well, for a great price. I couldn't be more pleased.
