We also watched a few of their YouTube videos, and seeing the real jobs they completed gave us the confidence to contact them for an estimate. From the first in-home visit with the designer to the final walkthrough with the project manager, we were impressed. Everyone we worked with was professional, organized, and respectful. Our bathroom remodel was done in two stages. First the master bathroom, then the basement and upstairs hallway bathrooms. Everything went as planned. There were a couple of inspection-related delays, but those were out of their control. Overall, the communication was great throughout. Two years ago, we remodeled our kitchen with Fairfax Kitchen and Bath and were very happy with the result. This year, we returned to have them remodel our master bathroom. We had gotten a quote back then, and even though prices increased, they worked with us to keep it close to the original. Our old bathroom had a typical builder layout with bulky walls and small fixtures. They reconfigured the space, removed unnecessary walls, and designed a custom shower that made the room feel much bigger. One of the best surprises was the outlet inside the linen pantry! Now we can charge everything without cluttering the vanity. Tugce, our designer, was fantastic and offered so many thoughtful ideas we never would’ve thought of. The quality of work, communication, and care they put into the project was excellent. We’re very pleased with how everything turned out and would definitely hire them again for future remodels.

Fill Fernandes, our designer, has a real talent for design and helped bring our vision to life with beautiful results. The craftsmanship and quality of the work from the whole team were excellent. We hired Fairfax Kitchen and Bath for a full renovation of our kitchen and first floor right after buying our house, and we?re really glad we did. Sam was super helpful in walking us through all the decisions. Everything from moving the washer and dryer upstairs, to picking out new walnut cabinets, quartzite countertops, hardwood flooring, and kitchen tile. They even removed a half wall to open up the space. The end result looks amazing. The craftsmanship was solid, and everyone we worked with was respectful and professional throughout. Even though they have showrooms in the area, we weren?t limited to what was there. We ended up choosing our tile from Best Tile and the quartzite from MSI, with no issues.
